I am a local business and would like to be a part of the event - how do I do so?
We are still on the lookout for businesses to sponsor our event, feature in our brochure, be part of our local market and provide fun activities on the day. If this sounds like something you would be interested in then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I volunteer at the event?
Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to volunteer at our event. Please note all applicants must be 16 or over.
What happens if we go into lockdown again or there are restrictions due to Covid?
At the moment we are staying positive and planning as if we are back to normal(ish) by July! We are already planning to have hand sanitising stations and a temperature check for every attendee at arrival but will be looking to make a decision on whether the event needs to be postponed at the beginning of May. If it is we will be sure to let everyone know!
What time is the event open?
Our doors open at 12pm with all activities also open at this time, music starts at 1.30pm. Doors close at 6.30pm
Is there parking at the event?
Parking will only be available for those with a disability badge. If you can, please contact us in advance and we will ensure there is a space for you. Please note there will be parking wardens around to ensure that no event goers are parking in residential streets.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are available on the door and are £3 for anyone over the age 3 and over. Under 3's go free. We also offer a family ticket at £10 for 4.
